I'm pretty happy with some of my new ideas. But still am working with getting some grassy green (which of course tends to burn off by cone 5). I want to try brushing on my clear glaze as well. Even though I have thinned it down it still can be milky at times.
I know why I do sheep...but where are the chickens coming from????

Because Chickens are goofy!!! Love your drawings, Anna!! Got to have one of those fenced sheep mugs!! Save one for me and I will pick it up at Montpelier!!! Hugs!
They look great! I love the sheep behind the fences.
Chickens are cool. I had some garden chickens for about 5 years and they were so quirky and funny, that I came to love chicken designs on fabric, embroidery and now ceramic.
Yeah the imprisoned sheep are fab.
Hi Anna. Someone( I think it was Judi Tavil) was posting about clears a while back and said she finally figured out it did better on a fast cycle with no holds on the way back down. The slow cool was causing crystal formation that showed up as milkiness.Worth a try?
Thanks Dennis. I actually am lazy and just use the computer on the kiln when I fire. So it shuts off at temperature and that is that. But I will check the schedule for how quickly it is heating up.
The knitting bowl is so cute!
